What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per model. We can mix different models within one order to reach the MOQ. For sample orders, we accept smaller quantities at adjusted pricing.

How do I place an order?

Do you offer DDP pricing?

Yes, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) pricing, which means the quoted price includes all shipping, customs duties, and taxes delivered to your door. This eliminates hidden costs and simplifies your procurement process.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely. We encourage customers to order samples first. Sample lead time is typically 7-10 days. Sample costs may be refunded upon placing a bulk order.

Customization & OEM/ODM

Do you accept custom designs (OEM/ODM)?

Yes, custom manufacturing is one of our core strengths. We can produce mirrors based on your designs, specifications, and branding requirements. Our engineering team will work with you from concept to production.

What customization options are available?

We offer customization in: mirror size and shape, frame material and color, LED color temperature (3000K/4500K/6000K), anti-fog function, touch sensor type, dimming capability, magnification inserts, and packaging/labeling.

How long does custom product development take?

Custom product development typically takes 15-20 days for the first sample, depending on complexity. Once the sample is approved, production lead time is 30-45 days depending on order quantity.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the production lead time?

Standard production lead time is 30-45 days after order confirmation and deposit payment. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to production schedule availability.

How do you ship products?

We ship via sea freight for bulk orders and air freight for sample/urgent orders. Each mirror is carefully packed with foam protection, corner guards, and custom carton boxes to prevent damage during transit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 30 countries worldwide. Our main markets include North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. We handle all export documentation and customs procedures.

Quality & Certifications

What quality certifications do your products have?

Our products are certified with UL (United States), CE (Europe), ETL (North America), and SAA (Australia). We maintain strict quality control with factory inspections and product testing at every production stage.

What is the warranty period?

All our products come with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. LED components are warranted for their specified lifespan (typically ≥20,000 hours). We provide technical support and replacement parts as needed.

How do you ensure product quality?

We implement a multi-stage quality control process: incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks during production, final product inspection, and pre-shipment comprehensive testing. We also welcome third-party inspections.

Payment & Terms

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Western Union. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit with order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. Letter of Credit (L/C) is available for large orders.

Do you offer credit terms?

For established customers with a track record, we may offer flexible payment terms. Please discuss this with your sales representative based on your specific situation and order history.
