Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per model. We can mix different models within one order to reach the MOQ.

Do you offer DDP pricing?
Yes, DDP pricing includes all shipping, customs duties, and taxes delivered to your door.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, sample lead time is typically 7-10 days. Sample costs may be refunded upon placing a bulk order.
Customization & OEM/ODM
Do you accept custom designs (OEM/ODM)?
Yes, custom manufacturing is one of our core strengths. Our engineering team will work with you from concept to production.
What customization options are available?
Mirror size and shape, frame material and color, LED color temperature, anti-fog, touch sensor, dimming, magnification, and packaging.
How long does custom product development take?
Typically 15-20 days for first sample. Production lead time is 30-45 days after approval.

What is the production lead time?
Standard 30-45 days after order confirmation and deposit payment.
How do you ship products?
Sea freight for bulk orders, air freight for samples. Each mirror is carefully packed with foam and corner guards.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to over 30 countries. We handle all export documentation and customs procedures.

What quality certifications do your products have?
UL (US), CE (Europe), ETL (North America), and SAA (Australia) certified.
What is the warranty period?
3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. LED components warranted for ≥20,000 hours.
How do you ensure product quality?
Multi-stage QC: incoming material inspection, in-process checks, final inspection, and pre-shipment testing.
Payment & Terms
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, Western Union. 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C for large orders.
Do you offer credit terms?
For established customers with a track record, flexible payment terms may be available.
