By accessing and using the DUOZE website (www.dzbathroommirror.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
Products and Services
All product images and specifications on this website are for reference purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance. Custom OEM/ODM orders are manufactured according to mutually agreed specifications confirmed in writing.
Ordering and Payment
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per model unless otherwise agreed
- Prices are quoted in USD with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms unless otherwise specified
- Standard payment terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment
Warranty
All DUOZE products come with a 3 years warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and LED component failures under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Shipping and Delivery
Production lead time is typically 30-45 days after order confirmation and deposit payment. We ship internationally via sea freight (bulk orders) or air freight (samples/urgent orders). Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Guangzhou Duoze Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
DUOZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.
